Big thanks to Kevin, he’s professional and very responsible. My order was placed on the 4/Nov/25 via an English colleagues but he is very unresponsive, all charges was charged on the same day but the fast speed modem wasn’t arrived for whole one week even I text and email to them. Until I call again to OCCOM, Kevin pick up my call, he’s quick response and smart handling my order comes efficiently. I am so appreciate for his service, patience and support, excellent customer service of Kevin. Keep up👍🏻

Priyanka displayed a great level of professionalism, technical knowledge and patience when helping me set up the internet the other day. She explained everything thoroughly step by step and never rushed me even though the call was getting long. She even informed me that my initial router model could not support the higher speeds of my plan and helped guide me through the whole process again with a different router.
