Big thanks to Kevin, he’s professional and very responsible. My order was placed on the 4/Nov/25 via an English colleagues but he is very unresponsive, all charges was charged on the same day but the fast speed modem wasn’t arrived for whole one week even I text and email to them. Until I call again to OCCOM, Kevin pick up my call, he’s quick response and smart handling my order comes efficiently. Priyanka displayed a great level of professionalism, technical knowledge and patience when helping me set up the internet the other day. OptiComm的网络提供不同的速度套餐供用户选择，包括12M，25M，50M，100M，250M和1000M。截止到目前，1000M的闪电套餐为澳大利亚境内居民用户能获取的最快网速，作为为数不多可以提供1000M闪电套餐的网络运营商之一。澳世网络可以给用户提供最适合的光纤网络计划。
OptiComm一般只为新建的住宅，公寓和商用楼铺设光纤网络。OptiComm作为独家光纤网络基础线路建设商；如果您的住宅的光纤网络是由OptiComm提供，这意味着您的住宅大概率不提供其他公司的光纤网络服务，比如nbn™。如果您不确定您的住宅的网络是由哪个光纤基建公司提供的，欢迎您联系我们的客服团队查询。即使您所在地址的光纤网络不是由OptiComm所建设，我们也可以帮助您选择最适合您的网络。
所有电信运营商在用户住宅中安装的网络终端设备统一称为光纤网络终端（ONT，Optical Network Terminal），俗称光纤盒子。部分公司可能会有特别的命名习惯，比如nbn™命名nbn™网络终端为NTD，而OptiComm公司的设备遵循惯例称为ONT。光纤网络终端的作用是转换光纤传输的光信号到一般路由器可以接收的电信号。此外，光纤入户网络的光纤网络终端可以同时支持多个不同的网络服务。
光纤基础建设费是由澳洲政府规定新开通网络的用户必须向光纤基建公司（如OptiComm）缴纳的费用。从2016年起，所有新建住宅初次连通网络时都必须缴纳此项费用。此费用收取的目的是转移一部分光纤基建公司的建设成本至受益者（网络用户）。所有的网络运营商都会代替光纤基建公司（如OptiComm）向新住宅初次开通网络的用户收取此项费用，并统一转交给光纤基建公司。
