Wow! From calling up to getting connected on Opticomm, I was up and running in 45 min. The staff are patient and guide you through the steps. Their network is surprisingly speedy and network routing seems pretty good. Shout out to Bhavya.V in particular who has kept in touch with me to ensure everything has been running smoothly. She didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need which is refreshing from a RSP. When I’ve had to call up for assistance, they answer pretty quick. Keep up the great work!
