Atul was awesome to deal with. But that is about all i can say about this company so far. Still waiting on my service to be activated. Told they would put a rush on it one day and the next they are trying to tell me theres a payment problem when the payment was screen shotted the day before so they could fast track it. Hope there internet is better than this

Hello. I had issues with my internet connection. This was over 3 weeks due to my work commitments. After, trying several times, Sonia who helped me resolve the issues, was awesome. I really appreciate the customer support provided.. Kuldeep was patiently helping me out to reset my router and change few other settings to secure my network.. his technical knowledge and communication is commendable..Very happy with Occum!! highly recommend!

I’m not a tech savvy person and connecting internet in my new apartment was very difficult for me. Thank goodness for Occom support worker Kuldeep Panchal for helping me setting my internet connection. He was very patient with me and he is very thorough guided me step by step. Kuldeep also very respectful when I communicate with him, it makes the process very easy for me to follow.
