Big thanks to Kevin, he’s professional and very responsible. My order was placed on the 4/Nov/25 via an English colleagues but he is very unresponsive, all charges was charged on the same day but the fast speed modem wasn’t arrived for whole one week even I text and email to them. Until I call again to OCCOM, Kevin pick up my call, he’s quick response and smart handling my order comes efficiently.
